A capital on the Sava with a mountain at its back

Along the Sava River in northern Croatia lies Zagreb, the country's largest city and capital, with the Slovenian border nearby and Medvednica's southern slopes rising behind it. It is a river city that looks up at its mountain.

Unhurried and appreciative of a good table, these 37 creators mirror the place's sociable character. They would sooner cook for a guest than pose at a table. Claudia Rivier flirts across a kitchen worktop, Dex Juric turns out cheesecakes, IVANA works both sides of a camera and Chris brings the house music. Glamour in Zagreb tends to arrive with flour on its hands.

Darker heads and moving pictures nudge ahead under Medvednica

The honest reading is that Zagreb's favourites look much like Zagreb as a whole. Across the full list, the site's darkest label registers 24%; popular pages reach 30%, providing the only real shift, and a small one. After that comes video's slight increase for popular creators over the citywide share, accompanied by the fitness model label's tiniest rise. Blonde and tattooed dip a fraction. Our view is that nobody here is winning on a label. A darker head and a willingness to film help at the edges, and temperament does the rest, which is why a kitchen and a cake tin count for more in this city than any ticked box.

Six we would follow from a floured worktop to a house music floor

#1Claudia Rivier: The entrepreneur putting a cooking series to the vote

Zagreb's most glamorous kitchen flirt runs a business, calls the whole enterprise Wonderland and treats a floured worktop as a stage. Being missed and turning up late feature in the teasing one-liners enjoyed by Claudia Rivier, an entrepreneur in the city. The cooking is real. Alongside kneaded dough, there has been a yes or no vote on a full cooking series. Neither warmth nor polish receives more affection, and the earlier cooking videos hold fond memories for people. The page lives on OnlyFans, alongside a second, free animated page that points visitors back to the main one.

#2IVANA: The model who also holds the camera

Both ends of a photo shoot are familiar ground for IVANA, a Croatian photographer and model with a glamorous, composed allure. Admirers at home adore that poise and tell her so in Croatian. The modelling side lives on OnlyFans.

#3Lady Croatia: Strictly For Fun

Nothing beyond fun is intended by the rest of Lady Croatia's motto. Sultry and entirely unbothered, with the site's cougar and tattooed labels, this is Zagreb's most self-assured tease. The OnlyFans page is run purely for the pleasure of it.

#4Kraft Reaktor: Ink, iron and a rolling camera

Power in German supplies part of Kraft Reaktor's name; strength supplies the entire premise. Both site labels, fitness model and tattoo, fit the brooding athletic appeal, with the OnlyFans page centred on video.

#5Chris: The house music friend who wants a hello

Never far from a DJ booth, friendly, easygoing flirt Chris has house music for a native tongue. The OnlyFans page comes with a single request: say hi, because messages are welcome.

#6Dex Juric: The cheesecake maker of a very strong Monday

Mondays get declared very strong by Dex Juric, a Zagreb local with a cheeky grin in every sentence and a real talent for cheesecake. The cakes are homemade and come out for any celebration going. Off duty, Dex is a regular at City Center one, the Zagreb shopping centre, and the humour stays dry and local throughout. On OnlyFans the pitch is a playful dare: press the button and do not be disappointed.
