How OnlyFans photo search works
OnlyFans has no built-in way to search by photo, and general reverse image tools like Google or Yandex are not tuned to creators. Ours is. When you upload a face, we detect it, turn it into a numerical face signature, and compare that signature against the public profile photos of the creators in our index. The closest visual matches come back first, scored by confidence and grouped into the people most likely to be the same creator plus broader lookalikes.

What you can find with a photo
Image search is the fastest way to put a name to a face. People use it to:
- Find a specific creator when you have a picture but not a username.
- Discover creators who look similar to one you already follow.
- Find lookalikes of a celebrity or public figure.
- Check whether a face you have seen appears anywhere in the directory.
You can include or exclude Trans creators with a single toggle, and every result links directly to that creator's public OnlyFans page.
Your photo is never stored
Privacy comes first. The image you upload is matched in memory against public creator profiles and is never written to disk or saved to an account. Searches are anonymous: we do not contact the creator, the creator is never told that someone searched for them, and nothing about your lookup is tied to you. We only ever index public, already visible OnlyFans profile photos.
Tips for better results
- Use a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of one person.
- Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or faces turned far to the side.
- If a group photo returns little, crop to a single face and try again.
- Screenshots and cropped images work fine, as long as the face is visible.
