Diplomats on the books, favourites on the move

Naples is the regional capital of Campania. Diplomats are on the city's books, with the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean and NATO's Allied Joint Force Command Naples based there. Creators here show the same local and international split. On one side are the rooted Neapolitans: Lucia, who trains in the city, and La Bionda, who would rather be called Neapolitan than Italian. On the other is a travelling set who treat Naples as their reference point and keep their bags packed.

Marika Fruscio talks Napoli football from a new life in Albania. Manuelita🖤 tattoos in Turin. 💰👑 eats breakfast in Monte Carlo and dinner in Sardinia, and Agliardi Silvana💦📹💋 crosses the Mediterranean as if it were her daily commute. Among 94 creators listed under the city, the worthwhile ones carry both sides: Neapolitan in temperament and restless in practice.

Why Naples rewards a good talker

Pages at the popular end share one label: chat. Citywide, 21% have it; among the leaders, 39% do. Edging ahead is solo, while custom requests and videos lean the same way. Hair colour barely moves, and the ink, which is already common everywhere here, gives the favourites almost no edge. Our reading is that Naples likes a creator who answers back. The pages that win are run by people who enjoy the back and forth, and the city's audience seems to value conversation over almost anything else.

Tattoo needles, Monte Carlo breakfasts and a pundit abroad

#1Manuelita🖤: Turin tattooist who picks risk over paradise

Her trade is fine-line hearts and flowers. Manuelita🖤 tattoos in Turin, and she spends her summers the way a tattooist should: the full run of the Kappa FuturFestival, a Bad Bunny night at Milan's Ippodromo, a trip to Riccione with a Shakira joke ready, and a ride over the Stelvio and Gavia passes with her biker friends. Her line on behaving well is that if good is boring she will take the risk, because paradise was never going to keep her a seat anyway. Spa days at the thermal baths balance things out. Cheeky and flirty again on OnlyFans, she still says openly that she is different but not perfect.

#2💰👑: Monte Carlo breakfaster with a standing date

Breakfast in Monte Carlo, dinner in Palau, an evening at Palermo's Teatro Massimo: 💰👑 is always on the move, and her work in luxury travel and events explains the passport. She has also been to Cannes, the Canaries, Sharm el-Sheikh and Seoul, and wherever she lands she finds a good table first. Her wit is at its best around food, as when she studies a prawn before biting it, and she promises to keep smiling with a pinch of madness. Glamorous and nerdy at once, she mixes live streams and messages on OnlyFans. Live evenings are Monday and Friday, and appointments fit in between.

#3Lucia: Back-day loyalist with a Hollywood Mustang moment

Naples and the gym are almost both her addresses. A fitness model and committed bodybuilder, Lucia likes back day best of the week. Laughing at the whole business still comes easily, with her running joke that gym life is based on a true story. Her holidays have the same swagger: Key West in December, a Ford Mustang in Hollywood, Paris, Zanzibar and the wind of Fuerteventura. Her fans adore the nerve she brings to a heavy set. It is a fit for people who count their own training days, this OnlyFans page centred on a sultry, self-assured fitness model.

#4LaTuaEva: Fitness model who waits for the first hello

Taking her flirting to OnlyFans, LaTuaEva the fitness model asks the fan to message first. Behind both her chat and her videos is a teasing, sporty energy.

#5La Bionda: Neapolitan first, cook always

Call her Italian and La Bionda will correct the record: she is Neapolitan. Food is her great love. She has spent time in a professional kitchen, and her favourite plea, in proper dialect, is simply to be fed. Meetings are refused outright, though photos and videos come on request. The city shows in her sunny, playful charm.

#6Gen: Rimini Comix regular with Undertale ink

Every July, Gen heads back to Rimini Comix and comes home thanking everyone who stopped to say hello. Half Italian and half Cuban, he is a gamer at heart. He has an Undertale heart tattooed for determination and a tattoo of Ahri, his main in League of Legends. On OnlyFans he mixes anime flavour with plenty of cheeky swagger.

#7Ika 💙: Deadpan flirt who offers coffee first

Coffee first thing, popcorn for the drama, a straight-faced job interview at the vet, and an arrest she never explains: Ika 💙 treats every day as the setup for a punchline. Her jokes are deadpan and her timing is good. She likes the beach as a backdrop. Her cheeky, flirty charm powers OnlyFans and gives people reasons to return.

#8Chiara Agliardi: Slow-burn seducer of the Amalfi Coast

Slowly is the only speed Chiara Agliardi works at. Unhurried seduction comes with an inbox she always answers and special requests for anyone who asks. She also warns that she does not promise everything to everyone, and that she saves the most for the people she likes. She has lost a page or two along the way and keeps coming back regardless. Summer takes her to Maiori on the Amalfi Coast.

#9Marika Fruscio: Napoli pundit with an Albanian address

Football is where Marika Fruscio lives. A television host, she argues about Serie A and the Azzurri on Italian sports TV, fronts her own question-and-answer show and makes no secret of her Napoli loyalties. She moved to Albania because the country intrigued her, and she is still often back in Milan. OnlyFans chat, custom videos and live sessions all show her broadcaster's composure. Admirers value her poise as much as her football.

#10Agliardi Silvana💦📹💋: Island hopper who answers her own mail

Fans reach Agliardi Silvana💦📹💋 without any agency involved. Every OnlyFans message goes through her own hands, and VIPs are people she likes. Her year reads like a ferry timetable: Sharm el-Sheikh in February, Benidorm in May, Mykonos in July, then wild Sardinia and Greece in August before going home to Naples. Her wit is self-sufficient: she jokes that she is the only person who can meet every one of her own expectations. She has a taste for risk to go with it. Playful, sultry confidence sits behind the chat and videos she offers.
