Choosing an agency can shape a creator’s income, confidence and control over their work. It can also be one of the hardest decisions to research properly. A polished website and an impressive social feed tell you very little about what happens after a contract is signed.
That is why we are creating a Preferred & Recommended Agencies section at Findapeach: a carefully selected list of agencies we would feel comfortable referring a model to when they want professional, safe and respectful representation.
This is not a paid promotion. Agencies cannot buy a place in this section. We do not charge listing fees, ask agencies for commission or take a share of any model’s earnings. Models do not pay Findapeach to be introduced. A recommendation appears because the agency has met our standards, not because money changed hands.
What we look for
We want the list to be small enough to mean something. Before an agency is included, we look closely at how it operates, what it promises and how people describe their experience with it.
- Clear, understandable contracts. Fees, commission, services, account access, notice periods and exit terms should be stated plainly. A creator should know what the agency will do, what it will cost and how either side can end the relationship.
- An excellent reputation. We check public feedback across the platforms available to us and look for a clean record, consistent professionalism and no unresolved warning signs.
- Respect for creators. Models should be treated as clients and business partners, with boundaries, consent and decision-making power respected at every stage.
- Realistic claims. Good representation can improve strategy, consistency and commercial opportunities. It cannot honestly guarantee fame, a fixed salary or a particular level of earnings.
- Professional conduct. We favour agencies that explain their work clearly and let their results and relationships speak for them, not agents posing in front of Bugattis or selling a fantasy of instant wealth.
- Women in leadership. The agencies we select will usually be female-founded, women-led or have women meaningfully represented in ownership and decision-making. It is not the only measure of safety, but in this industry we believe lived experience and balanced leadership matter.

We do not charge agencies to appear. We do not accept commissions for referrals. We do not take payments from models. Paying Findapeach will not get an agency listed, improve its position or protect it from removal.
Every agency is included because we believe it meets our standards for professional, safe and respectful representation. Nothing else. If an agency stops meeting those standards, we remove it.
Why we do not recommend “guaranteed salary” offers
We will not include agencies whose central pitch is that every creator receives a guaranteed salary. Some businesses using salary or advance-style models may treat their clients well. Others attach conditions, recoupment rules or revenue shares that leave the creator with very little of what their account earns, sometimes losing 90% or more of the revenue.
The phrase “guaranteed” can sound reassuring when income is uncertain, but the contract underneath it matters far more. Who owns or controls the account? Is the payment an advance that must be earned back? What happens if targets are missed? How much revenue does the creator retain? Can they leave, and what happens to their content and audience afterward?
We prefer transparent agreements in which the agency’s compensation is easy to understand and its incentives are aligned with the creator’s long-term interests.
A recommendation is a starting point, not a substitute for advice
Even a reputable agency will not be the right fit for every creator. Services, commission rates, communication styles and areas of expertise differ. Before signing, creators should read the full agreement, ask questions, keep a copy and consider independent legal advice, especially for exclusivity, account ownership, content rights, termination and payment terms.
Our preferred list is designed to make the first step safer: a shortlist of agencies that have earned our confidence through transparency, reputation and respectful conduct. We will continue reviewing every agency we feature and listening carefully to creators’ experiences.
